Hi all, just got my TRX Force Kit and very excited.
I'm generally a fit guy, done five marathons and like to stay in shape and was looking for something new and challenging. As a runner I'd always been fairly lean (read: scrawny runt) but had started to do some upper body work in the last six months and am so excited to have some muscle to show!
I'd been looking at the TRX online for about a month before finally biting the bullet and ordering it, it arrived three days later and I was away. Have familiarised a bit with it and done the two strength workouts in the Force DVD. Definitely a challenge and something I can see been useful for a long time. I love the fact that I get the feeling of a full work out in half an hour using this, a real unique feeling for some one who runs up to 3 hours in training!
Any way keen to surf through the forums and see the advice and hints that more experienced users have suggested.
