    German TRX Forum

    Hi,

my name is Detlef Pöhlmann from Germany and I´ve started on facebook a German Forum for TRX Users.

I invite you to join the group "TRX Suspension Training Germany" if you are interested in communicate and

discuss all about TRX in German language.

I love the TRX Forum, cause it is also dynamic, as TRX Training is. So I hope we can build up a great German

TRX Group next to this Forum.

TRX is the best Training Tool that was created in the last years !

Many thanks to Randy for your Idea

Many thanks to Fraser for your tremendous exercises (especially your sandbag and kettlebell workout Wink )

    keep on rockin´

    best

    Detlef Pöhlmann

Vielen Dank. Das wird auf jeden Fall helfen, die nicht Englisch sprechenden Personen in Deutschland.

    Hey Justin,

you speak German, awesome! Would have been a lot easier to describe the plank variation to you, if I had known that beforehand. :-)

And great to see that I´m not the only "TRX-Ambassador" in Germany.

    Re: German TRX Forum

LOL, well no. I have tried learning German from one of those tapes before as a kid.

Boy is that a hard language to learn! Stick out tongue

I think once I finish this associates degree in Health & Exercise Sciences, I'm going to apply for admission at the University of Utah to continue that and get a CSCS, and I'm sure they'll have an elective there for a German class. Smile

No, I used Google translate, http://translate.google.com. Thought it'd be cool to reply in German, so figured what the heck right.
