    Dual Anchor

I really like the video done by Fraser for the dual anchor mount, however there's one problem. I don't have a place that I am able to install two anchors as he has done. Does anyone else have other ideas for dual anchor mounting, or is there really not another way. I really want it for true pull ups and dips.

    Thanks!

    Re: Dual Anchor

Obviously, you need the over head space as well as a place to instal the anchors.  It is hard to find an area to do this.  I would check out the local parks in your area.  There might be something you can use to to set up a dual anchor.  I would love to set one up in my garage, but I don't have the over head space to do that.  If you really want to set it up, you will find a way.  Good luck!
