Which DVDs would you start with?

I have the All Body Xpress and Core Strength Vol 1.  I'm looking mostly for building all-around strength, not cardio or flexibility, or back/core specific.  Which DVD(s) would you suggest next?

    Thanks!

Train Like the Pro's is an excellent DVD. Rope's and Straps is good too, it applies some demanding TRX movements, plus some jumprope circuits.

TRX Performance is a good one too.

    Hope this helps. Smile

The ropes and straps sounded kind of cardio intense.  What about the Force DVD?

It kind of is I suppose. It switches off from jump rope to TRX.

Force DVD I understand is a really good one. Comes with a book if I'm not mistaken. It is geared towards those prepping for the BUD/s test to become a Navy Seal. Which any you look at it is great, but that may or may not be what you're looking for.

I plan on getting the Force Kit with taxes early 2010 and give my Pro one to my wife so she can workout at home when I'm not there.

After that I'll be able to tell you first hand! Stick out tongue

I know Max and a few others have the Force kit/DVD though...
