    Power Pull: 18 Each Arm

    Sprinter Start w/ Hops: 33 Each Leg

    Suspended Burpee w/ Hop: 12 each Leg

    Scorpions: 10 Each Side

    Sprinter Start no hops: 28 each leg

    Suspended Burpee w/ hops:  15 each leg

    Just coming out of rehab for an injury so the benchmark was a little delicate (and jumping was out of the question), but I explained the exercises to my physio and was cleared to "work the challenge" so here goes:

     

    Single-leg Squat (no jump) L 22 R 22

    Power pull  L 22 R 25

    Sprinter Start (no jump) L 39 R 43

    Suspended Burpee L 6 R 6

    The burpees suffered most from not being able to use impact and I'll add in the scorpions as soon as the injury's a little better.  First TRX work-out and I couldn't believe how quickly the burn came on!  Looking forward to the rest of the month!

    Will try the scorpions this weekend!

    Single Leg Squats (A)-36 Right, 36 Left

    Power Pull (A)-26 Right, 25 Left

    Sprinter's Start(A)-30 Right, 31 Left 

    Burpee (A)-14 Right, 15 Left

    Scorpion: 12 good ones on each side

    Thanks!   At this point I want to increase my numbers every time I do them.  I know if I don't do better, I get down on myself, you are your own worst critic. 

    I have incorporated more exposive movement into my daily WOs, and more circuits of various exercises to increase the endurance. 

    Let's keep it up!

    Hi All!  This is my very first challenge despite owning a TRX for a few years.The scorpion is new to me and it was a lot harder than I thought, like a lot!Wink  I look forward to tracking my progress and getting better everyday.

    Ok people, here are my numbers, and I have to say I'm pretty proud of myself.  Of course it helps to have Chris Frankel egging everyone on for that extra push. 

    Right after I did this, then I did Boot Camp... I am BEAT!  Was going to go climbing tonight, but I'm going to have to bail on that.  Sorry Holden :(

    Sprinter Starts: 23 left and 24 right
    Elevated Burpee: 13 left and 12 right
    Scorpion Kicks: 11 left and 11 right

    I cratored on the scorpions and check out the vertical on the burpees, that's got to be some sort of record

    All done in (A) form and today was my first time with scorpions.  I couldn't last the whole 45 sec. on scorpions was just able to get the 12 reps for each side.  This is a kick ass circuit.
