    Single Leg Squat 20/20

    Power Pull 19/19

    Sprinter 24/23

    Burpee 14/12

    Scorpion 12/12

    All done in (A) form and today was my first time with scorpions.  I couldn't last the whole 45 sec. on scorpions was just able to get the 12 reps for each side.  This is a kick ass circuit.

    Good job!  The scorpions are tough after all the other exercises.  But kudos to you for going 45 seconds on the scorpions, I believe you only have to go 30 secs on each side.Wink

    First time posting/doing a challenge...Here are my results after my first attempt:

    SL Squat (A) - 17 each leg

    Powerpull (A) - Left =13  Right=14

    Sprinter (no hops) 20 both sides

    Burpee (no hop) 10 both sides

    Didn't attempt the scorpion yet.  Probably next week when I get my strength back to where it should be.

    Yes I was wiped out, but my previous scorpion score is inaccurate because they where not very good form compared to yesterdays.

    Single Leg Squats (A)-36 Right, 36 Left

    Power Pull (A)-26 Right, 25 Left

    Sprinter's Start(A)-30 Right, 31 Left 

    Burpee (A)-14 Right, 15 Left

    Scorpion: 12 good ones on each side

    My numbers for: 11/06/09

    Single Leg Squats (A)-42 Right, 40 Left

    Power Pull (A)-28 Right, 27 Left

    Sprinter's Start(A)-35 Right, 36 Left 

    Burpee (A)- 16 Right, 16 Left

    Scorpion: 16 good ones on each side

    Absolutely wiped out after this one.  Felt like I was going to pukeIck!!

    Going try to beat this one on Sunday, going to get my wife invovled as well.

     I have to say, reading everyone's posts has certainly inspired me to stick more reps - even if I can hardly walk the next day!  I know people in my office are wondering why I've got the John Wayne swagger going!

    I will post my numbers for my second attempt later today, but can tell you that they rocked the first set in no small part due to everyone else's hard work and improvements - thank you all! 

    We're virtually working together to be better - and this "little" challenge is doing its work on all of us as the results are showing...

    I know that I never would've made the progress without this board and you guys - thanks!

    Swagger is always good!

    It great to see all the people that have improved.  I have said this before, I always want to better my own numbers each time I do the challenge.

    Did the "Abs of a Godess workout".

    OH Back Extension 12/10
    Kneeling Rollout 12/10
    Leg Raise 12
    Reverse Oblique Crunch 8
    Side Plank 8

    Ran for 5 minutes as a warmup. Rode my bicycle to work =)
