Funny thing happened today. Was doing single handle exercise, and handle slipped apparently I grabbed wrong handle. Tongue Tied My wife came outside to see what I was laughing at. When I told her she busted out laughing too. Big Smile I guess pride goeth before the fall.

Damn...Must be like a Rite of Passage with the TRX.....

Was outside at a park playground..... Groundcover was wood chips, .... which were a little damp from rain over the weekend....

Doing Single-Handle power-pull (also known as the Neo Row from the SuperHero Workout)....

All of a sudden - B A M - strap totally slipped - absolutely no warning..... At first I thought the cam/buckle slipped on the strap...but it turns out it was the famous - "...grabbed the wrong handle..."

My sweat shirt & sweat pants were covered in wet wood chips.... On the bright-side it was a very soft landing - that stuff really does work to cushion and absorb shock....

Not sure if there were any witnesses...if so they laugh REALLY QUIETLY !!!  ...and  I will "Double-check" the "Single-Handle" from now on !!!

    Re: LOL

I think that has happened to all of us, if we want to admit it or not.  Both my wife and I have had the handle slip.  Luckily, we have caught ourselves before we hit the ground!

    Re: LOL

Before I started using an oversized climbing carabiner at the main loop, I had a similar experience while doing a sawing motion.  Figured, I could use the TRX to mimic the functionality of a Gravity Trainer or Total Body Gym.  To my surprise, lol, nylon on nylon friction is a no-no. Fortunately when the main loop gave, I had MMA mats underneath.
