    Mounting Height

I want to use the TRX in my basement, however, the highest I can mount the equipment is a little less than 7 feet. Will this create a problem?  Are there any tricks of the trade that will make this work?

    thanks

Isn't the recommended height 6 Ft at a minimum to the main loop? You should be good. Can you get the handle loops 2-3" from the floor for the leg/pushup exercises? I think you are good to go.

jkhogge is right.  The anchor point, or black loop that your TRX is threaded through, should be about 6" high from the floor.  So 7" feet is plenty high to mount!  Are you mounting over a beam or with an X mount?

I will be mounting on the ceiling above, although I could mount to a beam.

    thanks for your response.
