Ldejeant,
I have been a trainer for 11 years now and think the best thing to do would be to visit a doctor or physical therapist and figure out exactly what the problem/symptoms are before you embark on trying to fix it yourself--unless you have already done that. I say that because I have had many clients who tried to diagnose the problem on their own and have been way off.
I think the TRX is great for rehab/strengthening and have recently ordered the healthy back video. This video is done very well. They do a great job of explaining what to do and a superb job of why you do it. I had a lot of shoulder and neck pains from powerlifting and had it looked at by a PT and he recommended a series of exercises and I was able to use the TRX! It did help with torso rotation and stretching. My clients who are golfers and wrestles love the back exercises! I hope this helps!
Thanks,
