    What Does TRX Stand For?

    When I tell people about my TRX they often ask what TRX stands for, and I can't remember, and I looked on this site and couldn't find it's meaning, but I'm sure I used to know what it stood for when I first got it after seeing the Promo on Fox news.

    Knowing what it stands for might well help me spread the word. Wink

    I believe it stands for Total Resistance eXercise.

    Yeah, I thought it was Total Resistance something. But i couldn't work out how that worked with the X.
