... probably serves you right for a breakfast choice like that though... nothing like trying to eat right in Las Vegas... the two are almost mutually exclusive.
As I remember the sets that we did at IDEA World were as follows
Several rounds of:
TRX Suspended Lunge with Power 20 each leg
TRX Deep Row 20
TRX Deep Push Up 20
The Tabata set that we did http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/8897392 used the atomic pushup matrix as its exercise and was structured in the classic 6 cycles of 20 sec work - 10 sec rest that was used in his research (see the link)
