    I found this new timer that is really compatible with TRX

    This company called Goodtech has develped this product called the Wristband Rest Interval timer. It is awesome. It is all preset and preprogrammed for the optimal rest period between sets. Only one press is required. Check it out... at http://www.rest-timer.com

    Thanks for the link - looks interesting.

    I'm guessing that it is pre-programmed for a 30 second rest period?

    I use the GYM BOSS as well!  Not only is it cheap and easy to use, I just get a kick out of the name...GYM BOSS! Stick out tongue

    Thanks for the reply.. GymBoss and GymBuddy differ in that the GymBuddy is less hassle cuz dont have to play with any buttons. GymBuddy has is a preprogrammed timer to allow for maximum aerobic lifting, expecially for High Intensity Interval Training.

    Thanks for the reply.. yes, it is preprogrammed and very easy to use. It is half the price of a GymBoss. I think if you try the GymBuddy you will like it very much. I bought a bunch from the company and I sell them in my Gym to all new members. The owner of GymBuddy will give you discount price if you buy bulk of 100 or more. I make great margins on this product!

    I love my Gymboss.  I use it on the TRX along with circuit training in class settings.  I've tried to use it for interval training but can’t seem to pick up the vibration when in a jog.  I can’t run without my music do the beeping is of no help.

    Thy GymBuddy at www.rest-timer is built into a sweatband AND has an IPOD JAMMER which will allow for the alarm to be heard over you IPOD. AND its only 9.99,  every dollar goes to charity too!!
