So I took the fitness test today b/c I've been getting slack lately. I'm going to push myself to improve in strength and endurance and then we'll see how the same test goes in early Jan 2009.

10, 15 + 15, 19, 25, 14
*** Anyone else want to see how their improvement goes over the next couple months?
