    Re: DVD's for iPhone/iPod

I am an avid MTB rider and I am on the BST several times a week. That would be a fun thing to head up from both sides, and work out on top with the Bands. You tell me what day works for you... I will be in Park City all week hiking, biking and playing with my 3 little boys and my wife, but the following week I am available! I too have made PERSONAL USE copies of the videos for my iPhone and iPods and find it the best possible way to do the workouts with a coach in my ear, it pushes me far beyond my own strengths! LIVE HUGE!!! You only get one chance at THIS MOMENT, make it count! Do good, treat others better than yourself, be honest NO MATTER WHAT - it all comes back to love you...

    Sounds fun. Big Smile

Yeah, can definitely do that. I still have to get a tune up on my bike though, it's all jacked up, so I'd have to hike it. I usually go hiking Monday's, Wednesday's, and Fridays, as I do metabolic conditioning on Tuesdays and Thursdays. But if one of those days doesn't work for you, I suppose I can make an exception once. Wink

I was abel to do this recently and love it.  Going from watching the DVD then to the park with the book was a pain, now my workouts will never be the same.

    You so rock!!!

As far as I can tell, this is the most "official" thread for this sort of discussion - so may I add a suggestion or request? It might be really handy to offer the FitDeck cards as an app for the iphone/touch. It would be cool if they could add an auditory component for each card that helped you could out the reps and time the pause between sets. Maybe a simple drag & drop could let people design their own program and a shuffle option could keep it fresh for the regulars.

I love this product and would welcome any innovations they come up with!

    Cheers!
