&lt;p&gt;That would really motivate them to succeed I think to give them something to work towards.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#39;d like to make this an annual challenge that betters the members of the Emergency Services Community and at the same time goes to support an amazing Cause.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Any Ideas? I&amp;#39;ll challenge you!!!&lt;/p&gt;
