Theres some great exercises on the trx for both cycling and running. Core work is definately an important factor for both sports. You will find all the exercises on the trx require you to use your core to execute every exercise properly. Soft sand running is great to throw into your running program too!

Good luck,

Any suggestions for training for cycling both XC mountain biking and longish road rides.

Also suggesions for running but guess it will probably just core work.
