We have just completed a train the trainer event in Australia about 3 weeks ago so we will need to finish the development of those candidates before we look at any more. We do have an application process in order to be considered for the role of course instructor/master trainer which is the pre-cursor to getting invited to attend a train the trainer event.

We will be launching our Group Suspension Trainers Course in Australia sometime in the earlier part of 2010 so keep your eyes open for that. In the meantime there are some great group ideas in many of our DVDs that you might find helpful, specifically the Cardio Circuit and Bootcamp DVDs with Buddy Lee and the Team Sports DVD with Todd Durkin

As for adductors there are a few great exercises. The abducted suspended lunge and floating abduction are both exceptional.(see below)

I hope that this helps

I am curious to find out how you become a master trainer. at this stage, I have completed the only TRX course offered in Australia and I am embarking to start some group TRX classes. Are there more certificated that need to be completed? Can I do them via the net? also, Is there a TRX exercise that specifically focuses on the adductors, as this is an area where I need to work on? any feedback is appreciated.

Thanks,
