&lt;p&gt;I&amp;acute;m afraid, that nobody can answer this question with a good conscience. Your descripiton of your problems is just too vague. How bad is your back and how severe is the injury of your ellbow?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I think you should seek qualified advice, including a thorough clinical examination. The Professional in question should be able to answer you question right away.&lt;/p&gt;
