The GSTC is designed to teach group instructors and facility directors who are going to integrate group suspension training classes in their club how to do this with the greatest effect. In short, there is no better course anywhere to teach you how to use the TRX and our instructors are hand selected from some of the finest in the industry and go through a very rigorous development program to ensure the highest quality. If you go on the education page you will be able to see testimonials that speak to this.

If you are wanting to start training others, the STC is the course you need to take but if you are just breaking in to the personal training industry, it is imperative that you take additional certification such as that which is offered by ACE, NSCA, NASM, PT on the Net. In addition to this it is always the best practice to attend industry conferences like the IDEA World Conference that is coming up this August in Anaheim to ensure that you are staying abreast of the changes in the industry.

I hope that this helps

Question on Training / Course Training

Hello everyone,

I know this question as been stated before. However, I need to ask it for myself, and hope to get some answers.I am a 48 year old men, and have been in and out of gyms for the better part on 20 years. I am currently running about 20 miles a week.I love training with the Trx system, and have stopped going to the gym, I feel, I have much better core.

I live in the Central valley near Fresno. I would like to start training others in the TRX system. My question is two fold, first, How would you rate the courses offered, and second, could I officially train others after attending?

Thanks for reading,
