&lt;span style="font-weight:bold;"&gt;How this works&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Video tape yourself
completeing as many Low Rows as possible.
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight:bold;"&gt;Starting Position&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;To get into position make
sure the straps are shortened until the thumb tabs rest securely on the
Suspension Anchor. Leaning back, walk your feet forward until they are
directly beneath the anchor point. Refer to the Elevated Back Row
below or to your Military Program for for proper technique and alignment cues.
