Just a note--I have used the TRX for about 12 weeks now and was suprised too see how my Powerlifts went up because of the initial boost in my core strength. Also, I feel as if my joints were not only rested, but somehow stronger. Has anyone noticed their joints restored/stronger? Another great benefit is that the DB work that I normally do went through the roof because I feel as if I am pressing in a straight line because the stability I have gained is also improved. DB's that were too big to handle for me because I couldn't keep them balanced are now being done for 8-10, sometimes 12 reps! Anyone else?

Train hard,

Thanks!

Deadlifts / Cleans

I have switched out my traditional weight training program for a TRX program. The one area where i have not been able to identify adequate equivalents for my weight exercises that require lifting/pulling up some examples are Dead-lifts, Cleans, and Shrugs... any suggestions?
