Hand-to-Hand KB Swings: 10 each hand (swing with the right, release at apex, bring back down with the left, repeat)

Suspended Lunge holding the KB: 10 each leg

Atomic Pushup Matrix: 10

Single Arm KB Snatch: 10 each arm

Back Row: 10

KB Clean and Jerk: 10 each arm

Deltoid "T": 10

KB Bent Press: 10 each side

After you do three sets, rest 2-3 minutes then do two core circuits:
Suspended Side Plank w/Taps: 10 each side

I did this one with a buddy yesterday, so I was taking more time between exercises than I wanted even though we staggered our circuit start points but I was still gasping for air and begging for mercy by the end!

TRX and Kettlebells

OK, I've seen a few references to kettlebells on the forum, so I know that there are a few Kettlebellers lurking around. I left my kettlebell at home on this deployment (big mistake) so I ordered a new one to be shipped here. I'm going to start working kettlebells back into my routine (current routine is 2x days strong lifts, 2x TRX, 1x light cardio- new routine will be 2x kettlebells, 2x TRX, 1x strong lifts). I'd like to incorporate the kettlebell into the actual TRX routine as well. So far, the exercises I'm thinking will fuse best are the Suspended Lunge, the Atomic Pushup, Single Arm Bicep Curl, and the Suspended V-Up.

Suspended Lunge: Hold KB in front at chest level as extra weight

Atomic Pushup: Conduct atomic pushup then conduct renegade row with KB (obviously this would work better with two KBs, but one should still be OK as long as you work both arms equally).

Single Arm Bicep Curl: Curl the KB with one hand and hold tight as you conduct TRX Bi Curl with the other hand

Suspended V-Up: Use as an additional weight (may not be a good idea with a very heavy KB)

So that's what I've come up with so far. Any ideas from the group?

TRX 5 basic moves

i have used kettlebells for about two years now. I love them but have the same love for my new TRX system. My question is related to the four of five basic moves used with the kettlebells. The Swing, Snatch, Clean and Press, the Getup, and the Row are a great program to work off of. I use many others but use this as the core of my KB training.

I have purchased several TRX DVD's and am learning many great ways to build functional strength in my 55 year old 150 lbs. machine.

Any advice on the 4 or 5 best TRX exercises to use as the core and always perform?
