1. The contest will begin April 1st 2009, and will run through April 30th 2009. You can begin the contest at anytime during the month of April.&lt;br /&gt;2. You must post a video of your Suspended Burpee in the forum by April 30th 2009.&lt;br /&gt;3. The winner will be chosen and contacted via email by May 15th 2009.&lt;br /&gt;4. The Spring Fever Challenge: Suspended Burpee is open to anyone that will accept the challenge.&lt;ul&gt;

&lt;b&gt;The Prizes:&lt;/b&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
1. Top overall performers will receive a TRX Gear Kit – includes the NEW TRX T-Shirt, Hat, Water bottle and the TRX Program of their choice.&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 - Top Male

To be fair, anyone that matches or beats Fraser’s 13 Suspended Burpee’s will receive a New TRX T-Shirt.
