&lt;p&gt;what an awesome workout this morning. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;the 40/40/40 challenge was tougher than I thought, the last 5 on each leg were killer.&amp;nbsp; My&amp;nbsp; butt started to cramp up.&amp;nbsp;I was definately the comic relief in the weight room this morning.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;the hip thrusts were pretty easy. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;so I was able to do the challenge on my first try. I&amp;#39;m pretty happy about that.&amp;nbsp;Then I went for the 40/40 challenge...pushups were strong, but I&amp;#39;m still having trouble with the rows, haven&amp;#39;t made it to 40 yet, but feeling better and stronger&amp;nbsp;each time&amp;nbsp;.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Tomorrow is another day.&lt;/p&gt;
