     Ok, I took a couple of days off. Seems to have helped. Warmed up with jump rope, training to speed up.

    Today I had an hour long walk to warm up, and then did healthy back. I have found that walking with my feet pointing forward means I cannot stand in a bad posture, so i've been concentrating on that, which is really helping my back.

    I did this with one of my martial arts instructors on 20 Feb.  A second instructor "coached" us while we worked out doing Strength B and the Core Challange.  The biggest thing he did was get after us when we dropped our hips or didn't have a good body position.  I forgot to assk my instructor how he felt when I went to class the next day.  I was too tired to do the core challange on Sat and am taking today as my day off from everything.

     I also noticed how different TRX set ups change some of the exercises.  I have an eye bolt in a beam on my patio at home but had to use a steel post at the studio.  That added more resistance when we did the suspended oblique crunches.

    Yesterday I wasn't well in the morning, so I didn't get my core exercises done, but I did get a long walk in, with 13lb of food in my backpack for half of it.

    Today I did Core A for form, and a 45min bike ride. The bike ride was also a focus on form, I never really rode a bike when I was a child, so I'm learning now. I'm trying to learn how to ride without sitting down.
