    How do I

    download the core workout A?  Cannot find any of the free workouts online!!  Should be simple, but all I'm getting are the blogs regarding the core workout and don't know how to download it to view it myself!  Help.

     Is there also a way to download the clips for the 30 day Thanksgiving w/o?  I've watched them, but it'd be great to have them on my computer to refresh my memory in time.
