    My TRX "Man Cave"

Ladies should not feel excluded - you are welcome to your own TRX caves as well!   I live in San Francisco and space is at a premium.  You'll see my TRX suspended in the middle of my detached garage, which is a grm/office.  I still use my cardio equipment, but if someone can pick up my worthless weight bench and weights I would appreciate it.  It's only the TRX for me baby!

Cool space. I am a firm believer everyone should have a 'cave' of some variety. What type of flooring did you use. I'm looking at putting something like that in a portion of my garage.

Great space; if no-one picks up your weights and bench you can always use it for TRX-plyometrics and weighted exercises!  I'm digging the fact that you've got everything from a guitar to exercise equipment, truly a "man cave."

It's a lot like my room, just replacing the guitar with a bed and the weights with all the junk I don't want anymore. Same carpet too.

    Re: My TRX "Man Cave"

I felt compelled to post a couple shots of my "Man Cave" or as we like to say, our "Surf Stronger R&D lab". This is the space where we test drive a lot of the exercises and fitness routines that you see in our videos (www.surfstronger.com). This morning, we worked out some programming for the all new Surf Stronger / TRX video (shhhhh....don't tell anyone, it's still top secret.) Anyhow, here are a couple photos from the our R&D lab, or as Brett would say, "man cave."

    Man Cave 2

     Man Cave with TRX

     Equipment:

    TRX (of course!)
    Yoga mat
    Dumbbells
    65 cm Fit Ball
    8 lbs. medecine ball
    1 gallon water
    Bosu ball
    Swim buoy
    Swim fins
6'6" Channel Islands retro single fin surfboard
5'10" Kane Garden twin fin surfboard
6'5" Ward Coffee high performance thruster surfboard (in board bag)
    4/3 Hotline wetsuit
    Abalone raft
    Diving weight belt (12 lbs)
    dive fins
    And hanging in rafters:
9'6" Michel Junod single fin longboard
    7'2" Ward Coffee mini-gun surfboard

(Virtually all gear has been used in the last week, save for all the surfboards)

Stay healthy, and see you in the water,
