Re: Why I Deserve a Gym in a Bag

Save my marriage. My wife and both work shiftwork. I have to take my TRX to work to most days and my wife(a nurse) is left without our favourite work out. Score big points for me. Please

After I saw the TRX on the Biggest Loser, the gym in a bag would help me reach my goal of strength and flexibility building to avoid Osteo-deseases. Thanks for considering me!

Re: Why I Deserve a Gym in a Bag

I would love to have a TRX gym in a bag to get my neighbors talking!

In addition to my current gym workouts, I think a TRX gym in a bag would just be a wonderful addition to my fitness regime....and pretty cool, too.

I had never heard of TRX until last night.  I had considered Bowflex and other home gyms, but I do not have the room at my home for the equipment.  The TRX System is EXACTLY what I've been looking for.

In answer to the question "What would you do for a TRX," I submit the following. I will train for the Jackson, TN marathon in April. The TRX will benefit me by improving my strength and flexibility.

I am fighting my way out of an obese lifestyle and I want to use the TRX system to help people like me to destroy the excuses they use for not being able to exercise.  No money, no time, no help? I say NO MORE EXCUSES!!!

Re: Why I Deserve a Gym in a Bag

I derserve a gym in a bag because unlike past attempts at losing weight this is my year.  I have not been so motivated to stick with something since I quite smoking and that was twelve years ago.  I go to the gym at least once a day six days a week and go for a second workout if my schedule permits.  I experience knee troubles and find it difficult to workout on some of the machines, and especially attempting squats.  After seeing The Biggest Loser last night and hearing Bob say and Kristen confirm the fact that there is little to no pain while doing squats.  I would benefit a great deal by winning this prize as I have so far lost 25 pounds in the last 5 weeks and have alot more to lose.  The TRX appears to be the answer I have been long searching for to alliviate stress in the knees and continue to enjoy making exercise a perminant part of my life.

I would put it to good use.  I like to be outside and the TRX would allow me to workout while watching my kids play in the backyard or at the park.  I could basically use it anywhere which is the coolest part.  No excuses not to get a workout.  I need to lose about 50 pounds and I have been exercising daily and I think the TRX would add a fun extra way to get fit.  Big Smile

I think this would also be fun to use with our boyscouts.

For my own TRX, I'd endure "beatings" from Jillian for a week!  With a 7-month-old, it's hard to get to the gym every day, so having a TRX would allow me to keep up with my workouts and finally get rid of the rest of this baby weight!

Re: Why I Deserve a Gym in a Bag

I deserve a gym in a bag because not only I need it, but my husband and sister need it too.  I'm 80 lbs. overweight and if I won I would use this product everyday.  I trust Bob's (the biggest loser) advise and if he says it's the best then it is.  I know i could lose the weight, but i can't afford to purchase the product at this time.  Everyone can't afford personal trainers or get on tv, but we all deserve a chance to change our lives.  I hope you guys can see that a chance is all that's needed.

I'm almost 42.  Neither my mom nor my grandma lived to be 60.  I'm going to be healthy!  I've been exercising and dieting for 2 months but I'm hitting a plateau and need to kick it up a level to be successful.  I believe the TRX would do it!

Re: Why I Deserve a Gym in a Bag

Hi, I'm a single mom of a 2 year old boy. That said, getting to the gym is extremely difficult for me. I just cancelled a gym membership because in 15 months I went only 3 times with the schedule I have. Each of those times, my son cried when I took him to their daycare. I also could no longer afford the monthly dues. I have over 100 pounds to lose so I need all the assistance I can get. I want to be around a long time to see my son grow and teach him to have a healthy, non-sedentary lifestyle. After watching the TRX system on the Biggest Loser, I NEED IT!
