    TRX Spring Fitness Challenge - Rules and Conditions

    To enter the TRX Spring Fitness Challenge:

    Step 1: Register for the TRX Community.
    Step 2: Post your starting number today in the Fitness Anywhere Community Forum: Spring Fitness Challenge: Suspended Burpee
    Step 3: As you progress with the Spring Fever Workout post your comments to show other how you are doing.
    Step 4: Have fun , train hard and beat Fraser's 13-Suspended Burpees.

    Rules & Conditions:
    1. The contest will begin April 1st 2009, and will run through April 30th 2009. You can begin the contest at anytime during the month of April.
    2. You must post a video of your Suspended Burpee in the forum by April 30th 2009.
    3. The winner will be chosen and contacted via email by May 15th 2009.
    4. The Spring Fitness Challenge: Suspended Burpee is open to anyone that will accept the challenge.


    The Prizes:

    1. Top overall performers will receive a TRX Gear Kit – includes the NEW TRX T-Shirt, Hat, Water bottle and DVD of their choice.
    • 1 - Top Male
    • 1 - Top Female

    2. Age Group Winners will receive the New TRX T-Shirt and a DVD of their choice

    • Age Groups: Top Male and Female in the following age brackets:
      • 18 and under
      • 19 – 29
      • 30 – 39
      • 40 – 49
      • 50 – 59
      • 60 +

    3. To be fair, anyone that matches Fraser’s 13 Suspended Burpee’s will receive a New TRX T-Shirt.
