    Spring Fever Challenge - Your results

     Post your results here along with your videos.  Remember, you must post a video of your Suspended Burpee by April 30th 2009 to be eligible to win.

    Wow, I had never done those burpees before.  We should call them vomitts!

     I am a 42 year old male--got 10 each side, but that was a struggle.  We'll see where I am at the end of the month.

    After watching the video a few times (to make sure I don't break my nose!) I was ready to post the number of burpees to enter this challenge.  Results are not good!  30 seconds goes by quick, my bad form didn't help (hopped a few times to re-gain my balance), next thing you know I counted 7!  I will be working on my form along with the recommended workout and see where I end up! I have also conviced a few co-workers who are now up to this challenge!

    watched the video tried it out today got 14L/15R will post the video with my updated scores at the end of the month! Look forward to see these results

    33 year old female: 30 seconds does indeed go by fast! I think I'm at around 12 on each side, but I want to get someone else to time me since it's hard to look at your watch and do burpees at the same time!! Will post at the end of the month! Good luck everyone!

     i've been using TRX about a month now... this challenge is tough! i got  8 left and 7 right. PATHETIC! We will see how much improved it is by the end of the month!

    Okay.......31 year old female here.... I had the manager at the club I train at stand over me while I tried the TRX burpie for the first time. I got the magic number of 13, but now will be working through the challenge workout to better my time. Can't wait to try the workout for the first time tomorrow morning!

    After watching the video and seeing I needed to drop my chest all the way to the floor before i pop up again ....... I did 12 left and 11 right with a 30 second break between.

    I completed my test and video taped the results to start off with. 

    I completed 14 reps with my right leg and 15 with my left.

    I am a 24 year old male and I'm gunning for the best overall improvement out of this competition.  I look forward to the updates from others on how the workout is going.

    Great workout yesterday! Tried the scorpion for the first time and loved it! I am up to 10 burpees on each leg due to major form improvement.  good luck everyone.

    Wow, could only manage 10 on each side. I really need to loosen up my hip flexors and lower back....maybe then I could do 11 :-)

    I got a late start on this challenge.  I was able to do 9 on the right, 10 on the left.  I don't know if I will be able to touch 13, but I am up to the challenge.  31 year old male.

    I have started training to match the 13 burpees, I am only at 9, but that is more than I thought I would be able to do.  I think I can do it! I love a good challenge!
