I need a gym in the bag!

I am a 53 year old, wife, hockey mom, full-time nursing student and take care of my elderly mom who lives with us. With all my obligations it is next to impossible for me to find time for a work-out.  After seeing Gym in a Bag on the "Biggest Loser", the only show I watch, and yes I study while I watch, I thought that would be perfect for me. Portable, takes up no room, time efficent , and what a great work-out. Being a Nursing student I understand the importance of physical fitness. Not just the physical health benefits but the mental health benefits that go with a good workout. I would love to have a Gym in the Bag to help me stay in shape. By being in good physical health I set a better example to my patients.

    Thanks!

You should definitely get the TRX. I first bought it because I was travelling to see family overseas and wanted to make sure that I had something to take with me. This was the best fitness purchase that I have ever bought. My wife uses it regularly and with the ability to switch between exercises quickly you can get a phenomenal workout in 20-30 minutes. It is fantastic. Good luck, the more people in health care setting a good example the more likely that the US can climb the mountain back to being one of the most active countries in the world.
