    Justin: Not yet.

I was going to do it this morning. But as I was doing my pre-exercise I fell asleep... And 2 hours later i woke up to find i was already an hour late for where I had to be.

Glad to see more noobs take the challenge! Big Smile

Can't wait to see the results! My suggestion would be start by going for the 20/20 and work your way up. I tried going straight for the 40/40 being all macho and cocky inside; you know how us men get!, and laughed at myself after trying it the first time at 10/25, which added some humility in me, and I went for the 20/20 and did it.

So trust me, save the time on the macho man stuff, and start small! Stick out tongue Suspension training will introduce muscles you never knew you had! But most of all, have fun! Wink

    Re: Accept The Challenge!

I saw the TRX 40/40 challenge being promoted by Todd Durkin and Sean Croxton and decided to try it. I didn't go to complete failure because I just wanted to get my 40 reps. . . I took exactly 1 minute rest but cut that part out of the video. I am a big fan of this type of training!

I'm in. First attempt today was 34/40. Upon review of the film I realized my pushup position was weak after about 15 atomic pushups and the TRX was adjusted too high for the low row making them too easy.... I'll adjust and try again next Sunday. Good weekend workout.....heart rate was elevated for an hour after this attempt. mp

    Re: Accept The Challenge!

I don't have a TRX suspension trainer, so tried the challenge this weekend on my rings.  Did 44/42.  Hoping to do 50/50 very soon.  I will post the video when I get a chance.  This is a good challenge!

    Re: Accept The Challenge!

I'm in. I'll try and put together a solid workout over the next few weeks to see some improvements. I was able to do 15/20, so I could definitely use some work. I would love to make the 30/30 by the end of this, but I think I need to lose a little more weight still. I'll checkout the workout suggestions to improve on this.

     Best of luck to all!
