I really enjoyed this challenge! I used the attched workout as well as mixing in various training videos such as the Ropes and Straps, and the Flexibility workouts -- I will next look into the 40/40 challenge:
My orginial stats are posted with the results-- I increased in every area -- yea!!!
Pro Agility Test: 5.40 seconds / result: 4.90 -- I feel very good about this one :-)
1.5 Mile Run: 14.01 minutes / result: 12:22 minutes -- wow! I I even felt great afterwards -- a HUGE improvement!
Suspended Burpees: Right: 8; Left: 7 / result: Right 10; Left 10
(both I got into the 11th but did not like my form so stopped -- I did alot of these over the past month so my improvement did not surprise me :-)
Atomic Push-Ups: 6 / result: 10 -- again I really practiced these --oh btw -- both times I did the full pike is that what we were supposed to do?
I really liked having this challenge and plan on joining others -- it helps keep me real!
