    Was a fun challenge! Male 19 years old Pro agility Test= 4.1 1.5 Mile Run= 9:28 Right Leg= 19 Left Leg= 19 Atmoic Pushups= 22

    Pro Agility Test = 4.97 seconds 1.5 Mile Run = 11:13 Right Leg= 15 Left Leg= 15 Atomic Pushups= 18 That was a lot of fun. Now I am ready for the 40/40.

    Here are my results.  I've posted my previous score followed by my score from today.

    Agility 5:58/5:27

    1.5 mile 12:54/12:31

    Burpees 8 on both sides/9 on both sides

    Atomic 6/9

    Not bad for having joined half way through.  I am a 36 yr old female.

    I really enjoyed this challenge!  I used the attched workout as well as mixing in various training videos such as the Ropes and Straps, and the Flexibility workouts -- I will next look into the 40/40 challenge:

    My orginial stats are posted with the results-- I increased in every area -- yea!!!

    Pro Agility Test: 5.40 seconds /  result:  4.90 -- I feel very good about this one :-)

    1.5 Mile Run: 14.01 minutes  / result: 12:22 minutes -- wow! I I even felt great afterwards -- a HUGE improvement!

    Suspended Burpees: Right: 8; Left: 7 /  result: Right 10; Left 10
    (both I got into the 11th but did not like my form so stopped -- I did alot of these over the past month so my improvement did not surprise me :-)

    Atomic Push-Ups: 6 / result: 10 -- again I really practiced these --oh btw -- both times I did the full pike is that what we were supposed to do?

    I really liked having this challenge and plan on joining others -- it helps keep me real!

    The atomic pushup is just the pushup and crunch, not the pike. So you did really well Big Smile

    Not that the results weren't enough, but am curious as to if I need to do anything else to get the preview workout that they eluded to as a reward Smile....
