Ok, so i still need to work out how to use my camera, but lunges 40 each leg, 50 hip presses. I could have gone on for a few, but I'll wait till i can get my video camera to work.

How do I post the video?
In the post editor box, click on HTML, it's the last item on the right. That takes you into HTML mode. Once inside there, post the embed code from YouTube (or other video hosting platform for that matter) within there. Make sure that the embed code comes after all paragraphs represented by <p></p> So make sure everything comes below any </p> tags, as that is the paragraph closing tag in HTML.

Ok, so I did it! First try even. I didn't think this one would be near as hard as last month's, as it's all lower body, and my lower body definitely has a lot more strength than my upper body ...
40/40/40 baby!

Thats what took me so long to get my vid posted up here! Except I knew how to use mine, it just wasn't working for a little while. Had to reinstall Mac to make it work. Fun stuff let me tell you!

I did this on my second attempt and had gotten 40 on each leg and 40 hip presses.
One world, one body, one mind, one soul, Being kind to these is the goal, Living a healthy and full life is great, Even if a person started late, It's okay as long as you don't procrastinate, So get out there and do it.

Just completed it for the first time, at the beginning of my regular workout. I think I may be able to hit 50/50 on the suspended lunges before long, but the last two hip presses almost KILLED me. Ouch!
LOL
The part that got me the most was the last 10 lunges on either side. I got to 30 no problem, but those last ten was a killer!

Not yet. But the plan is to always open my regular workouts with those two exercises, so I will have plenty of opportunities. I'll try and record it over the weekend.
