Can the challenge be done backwards?

    Can the challenge be done backwards?

    I was wondering if I can do the 40/40/40 challenge backwards.  I would like to do the hip press first then the two of the one leg suspended lunges.  Is this possible? Please let me know.

    Living a healthy and full life is great,
    Even if a person started late,
    It's okay as long as you don't procrastinate,
    So get out there and do it.

    Interesting question. I wouldn't think anyone would raise a big stink about it, but ya just never know. Stick out tongue
