    Tear in the Handle

I have an potential issue with one of the handles, It must have rubbed up against a fence or part of a tree when I was training and there is a tear in the foam.  I am concerned with the handles long term durability and what my next option can be or repair advice.  If anyone has any pointers it would be a huge help...Thanks

    Re: Tear in the Handle

I am running into the same issue, except that mine is from everyday use and wear and tear.  The rips are not huge, but I've only had my TRX for about 3-4 months now.  Overall, the product is great but I think the tearing is occuring because of putting my feet in and out of the straps.  I am also concerned with the handles long term durability and wondering if, in the future, there is a better option for Fitness Anywhere to consider than foam.

Same deal with mine. Very small rip and I was thinking about maybe using some Gorilla Glue but I don't want to screw it up more.  For all I know it could have been my shoes when I put my heels in, not really sure.  I am going to try to contact someone today and see if they have any solutions.  If I hear anything worth passing on I will let you know what they said

This was discussed in an earlier thread - http://community.fitnessanywhere.com/forums/t/804.aspx.  I had the same problem and taped my handles and haven't had any problems since.

Thanks, I will take the advice in those threads.  The cork tape sounds like a great idea.
