    Saturday moring fun with TRX

    Format: ???
    Duration: 8:24

I shot this video this morning of my friend/client Derek who wanted some new challenges with the TRX.  We came up with a version of the 40/40 challange being suspends by two TRX's.  He did pretty well getting into the 22-26 rep range.  We (he) tried some other things on the double suspension system like inverted row with hip lift and leg curl.  Also did with feet suspended knees to chest, knees to side, pike, pushup and 1 arm row with dumbells for 1 circuit.  Lots of fun to watch him do things, fun guy to train...only 20yrs old just graduated from high school last year.

That's the great thing about TRX....you can take an already difficult challenge like the 40/40 and make it even more insane with a little creativity. It really is limitless!!! Great workout.. thanks for sharing.

    Agreed.

The only things the TRX can't do is at the limits of the imagination...

It's funny though, he did part of the same thing Rebecca Sweeney did. Looks just as challenging either way. Once I get a 2nd TRX I'll have to give that a shot. Smile

Here's the vid of Rebecca doing it if any of you is interested:

    Thanks,

    Justin
