How often to do All Body Xpress

    How often to do All Body Xpress

    Recently got my TRX and I'm starting off doing the All Body Xpress workout. Since this is strength training, should I rest a day in between workouts, or since it is also a functional workout, is it ok to workout everyday?

    You can probably workout everyday as long as you can include some cardio workouts in between.

    One world, one body, one mind, one soul,
    Being kind to these is the goal,
    Living a healthy and full life is great,
    Even if a person started late,
    It's okay as long as you don't procrastinate,
    So get out there and do it.

    As is proven with research, its best to rest a day in between workouts when doing total body.  Especially if you are new to TRX, you will most likely be sore the next day.  If not, you may need to bump up your intensity of your workouts by increasing your body angle to add more weight.
