    30 Minute or less full body workouts....

    Does anyone have a full body workout that can be done in less than 30 minutes that they are willing to share? Also does anyone have the guides for the strength and cardio dvds? I have the DVD's but need copies of the guides because Fitnes Anywhere does not sale them seperately.

    The All Body XPress is an excellent < 30 minute workout. I just sent you the PDF I generated for the guide.

    Absolutely. I wouldn't recommend it, but it can be. It's always best to give yourself rest days.

    That allows your metabolism and hormones to break down old proteins in your muscles, and build new proteins, therefore building, newer, stronger, bigger muscles. Smile

    The interesting part about it is, is hormones, most notably Growth Hormone or GH does most of the work when you are rest, mostly when you are sleeping. However it does work when you are awake, but is only really efficient when your body has an opportunity to rest.

    Well, I was told by Fitness Anywhere I can't send that out anymore unfortunately, as it breaks copyright law and all that.

    However, I have spoke with them for an alternate solution for this. I am just waiting to hear back from them. I'll keep you posted. Smile

    In the mean time, visit the Video Library, and it shows you how do everything in the All Body XPress workout.

    For reference, the 12 exercises in the All Body XPress are:

    Single Leg Squat

    Balance Lunge

    Hamstring Curl

    Hip Abduction

    Bicep Curl

    Tricep Press

    Chest Press

    Back Row

    Y Shoulder Raise

    Supine Pull Through

    Oblique Leg Raise

    Suspended Crunch
