Can I handle the Force Program?

    Hi:

I am ready to buy this great piece of equipment, but I'm unsure which program to start with.  I have heard the All Body Express DVD may be a bit too easy, but the Force DVD may be a bit difficult starting out.  I'm 23 and used to be a 3-sport athlete, but haven't been all that active for the past 2-3 years and have subsequestly lost a lot of my endurance and packed on about 30 lbs (6 ft. 240lbs).  Looking for the best way to get back into form.

Between the standard home training bundle (and adding the train like the pros DVD for after I get acquainted) or the Force Bundle.

Any advice would be greatly Appreciated.  Thanks!

Force is bundled with a 12 week progressive program/ DVD.  The DVD demonstrates the moves you will be doing and takes you through week 5 & 6 to give you a feel of how the program should go.  Weeks 1 & 2 definitely start out soft and gradually work you into the program.  If you can't handle weeks 1&2, cut back on the reps and work up to it and then get on the program :).

Yes, the Force Bundle is doable for you.  The program is designed for all levels of users however, there will be some movements and exercises that you will need to modify and work your way up to completing.

The train like the pros and force dvd are two of the most challenging programs we offer, but like I said above, you can work your way through step by step and build up your strength and endurance.  The was designed for ALL levels of user.

Take it one workout at a time and stay committed!
