I have read numerous post but this is my first submittal to the posts.
I have had the TRX for a few months now. I started with the All Body Express and then moved onto the TRX Force workout and made it to the end of week 5 before work and being out of town made finding time impossible to keep a good schedule. Need to get back in to the joy of TRX workouts. This test definitely gets the Cardio up. Here are my initial results:
Single Leg Squats (A)-29 each leg
Power Pull (A)-18 each side
Sprinter's Start(A)-25 each leg
Burpee (with hop)-9 each=first time doing this
Scorpion - first time and not the best results, I was dead at this point and any movement was great. Made about 5 in good form before I was out.
