    I have had the TRX for about two months and have worked out at least 5 days per week focusing on the Strength Circuit and then the Essential Cardio Circuit on the next day. Gotta tell you I'm hooked and given up weights. I also intend to purchase a sandbag and a kettlebell in the near future and intergrate them into my TRX workouts. I wish the TRX was around when I was in the Navy between '87-'95, but I guess R. Hetrick was still in diapers at the time. Anyway, Today I forgot my watch so timing the exercises went out the window. It also gave me a chance to run through the routine.

    Single Leg Squats (B)-20 each leg

    Power Pull (B)-20 each side

    Sprinter's Start(B)-20 each leg  

    Burpee (no hop)-15 each=first time doing this

    Scorpion-killed me...first time

    BTW my real name is time Terry. Al is a character in "Caddyshack"

    I have read numerous post but this is my first submittal to the posts.

    I have had the TRX for a few months now.  I started with the All Body Express and then moved onto the TRX Force workout and made it to the end of week 5 before work and being out of town made finding time impossible to keep a good schedule.  Need to get back in to the joy of TRX workouts.  This test definitely gets the Cardio up.  Here are my initial results:

    Single Leg Squats (A)-29 each leg

    Power Pull (A)-18 each side

    Sprinter's Start(A)-25 each leg  

    Burpee (with hop)-9 each=first time doing this

    Scorpion - first time and not the best results, I was dead at this point and any movement was great.  Made about 5 in good form before I was out.

    Ok.  I lied, not gonna be able to do my results today... because I just took my Boot camp test and I am beat!  But I did improve my score by 10 on most exercises!

    Pretty proud of myself I must say!

    I think we are going to do this as a company on Tuesday, so if anything I will have mine up by then! :)

    Day Off.....Thursdays are best for me. I will start another six day run tomorrow..

     Hello all, new to TRX, new to the forum.  Plan to benchmark with the T-Giving Test tomorrow and will be doing it outside.  Wondering if there is any way to download the video of the exercises as these would be useful to take to the ravine with me to refer to.

    Really looking forward to it!

    Any thoughts?

    I did quite well with this I think, I will probably have someone I train also do this exercise too. I need to write down my numbers next time though.

    Single Leg Squats (A)-34 Right, 32 Left

    Power Pull (A)-18 Right, 20 Left

    Sprinter's Start(A)-28 Right, 27 Left 

    Burpee (A)-16 Right, 15 Left

    Will try the scorpions this weekend!

    Warm up: 20 min stairstep, 5min kettlebell

    Single Leg Squats (B)-32

    Power Pull (B)-22

    Sprinter's Start(B)-15

    Burpee (no hop)-15 

    Then continued with the Cardio Circuit for another 30min. Felt great afterwards and had people in the gym

    asking what the TRX was...

    Scorpions  I will try next time. I just started using TRX and this circuit was tough.

    Results Taken on the 28th on a windy night at the park

     

    Single Leg Squat  (B)  20 Left 20 Right

    Power Pull             (B)  16 Left  16 Right

    Sprinter Start         (B)  20 Right  19  Left

    Suspended Burpee w/o hop  10 Right  10 Left

    No attempt at Scorpion,  will integrate into workout.

     

    Fun Workout and hard.  I really like this workout because it is so different from other TRX workouts that I have done.  Keep the new exercises coming!!!  They really provide motivation without being so boring.
