Just wondering should the DB workouts be split into separate days of the week, or should they be done all four together or Grouped togerther.
For example: Mon, Wed, Fri.. Shoulders, Lower Body, Core and Speed
or Mon: Core.. Tues: Speed.. Wed.. Lower Body.. Fri: Shoulders
or Mon: Core/Lower Body.. Wed: Core/Shoulder.. Fri: Core/Speed
