Karen,
You can easily incorporate both strength and stability into a superset circuit. I do this with many of my clients (strength followed by a stability exercise or vice-versa). Some example exercises can be a TRX squat followed by a stability ball bridge, a TRX push-up followed by a stability ball push-up against a wall, and a TRX row followed by a stability ball back extension. These are just a few of the hundreds of supersets you can do with the TRX and a stability ball. I would definetly recommend that you meet with a Corrective Exercise Specialist that can help you design a safe but challenging program to help you achieve your goals. This trainer should be able to recommend exercises that are safe and effective at correcting any of your compensations that you may have.

I am also in New Mexico and I can recommend trainers that may help you achieve your goals.
