Anyone using Fitday - what exercise level?

The title pretty much says it all - in the exercises section of Fitday, where would TRX training fit in?

Under "conditioning", it gives the following:

    stationary biking

    general
    stationary biking

    very light effort (50 watts)
    stationary biking

    light effort (100 watts)
    stationary biking

    moderate effort (150 watts)
    stationary biking

    vigorous effort (200 watts)
    stationary biking

    very vigorous effort (250 watts)
calisthenics (e.g. pushups, situps, pullups, jumping jacks), heavy, vigorous effort
    calisthenics, light or moderate effort

circuit training, including some aerobic movement with minimal rest

weight lifting (free weight, nautilus or universal)

    vigorous effort
    health club exercise, general

    stair-treadmill ergometer

    stationary rowing

    general
    stationary rowing

    light effort (50 watts)
    stationary rowing

    moderate effort (100 watts)
    stationary rowing

    vigorous effort (150 watts)
    stationary rowing

    very vigorous effort (200 watts)
    ski machine

    slimnastics, jazzercise

    stretching, hatha yoga

    mild stretching

    teaching aerobic exercise class

water aerobics, water calisthenics for conditioning

weight lifting (free weight, nautilus or universal)

    light workout, general
    whirlpool, sitting

I'm guessing that TRX (core strength and ABX) would fall into the 'moderate calesthenics' or 'circuit training' area?

Re: Anyone using Fitday - what exercise level?

It can fit into those categories, but it can also fit into the calisthenics (e.g. pushups, situps, pullups, jumping jacks), heavy, vigorous effort, mild stretching,  stretching, hatha yoga, teaching aerobic exercise class,  weight lifting (free weight, nautilus or universal)

vigorous effort categpries as well.  The TRX is so diverse in it's applications, that it's impossible to categorize it in just one way.  Fitness Anywhere has already developed a group fitness class using the TRX, a flexibility dvd, and with Todd Durkin, a sports performance workout as well.  So depending on what kind of workout you need that day, your classification of the TRX workout will change.
