I've rec.great replies to my post regarding applying the TRX into my middle schools PE cirriculum. At the same time I would naturally like to take it a couple steps further with hopes of taking the TRX to our towns High School. Which is one the States best high schools in our class.
1) What are some of the applying the TRX in sports training. Baseball, Baskeetball, Football, Soccer, Track/Cross Country, Volleyball....etcetera?
2) Can it be used alone, with weghts? What would you recommend in order for us to get the most out of the TRX?
3) Can it be used to build strength. muscle, endurance.....am I missing any other areas it would benefit?
4) Are there specific training programs developed for these sports and how can a coach like myself integrate into multiple sports?
