    Re: Questions: 31-Day Fitness Challenge

I'm in - 7 weeks postpartum and ready to go!  This may be a silly question - but where do I start logging/posting my information for the challenge?

There is no such thing as a silly question.

The best place to plan, track, comment and talk about your workouts is in the Track Your Progress portion of the 31-Day Fitness Challenge forum.

What are the exercises that I need to complete inorder to do the test? All that shows up is the atomic push-up.

I don't have the TRX equipment....can I still do the challenge with modifications?  Perhaps lunges and squats with weights - dumbells or barbell, regular push ups? etc???

    Connie -

You can do the test with modifications. We are just looking for you to be active during the month of October and beyond. The TRX is an amazing piece of equipment. You can pick one up through our on-line store. It comes with everything you need to start taking your fitness to the next level.

    Don't forget to have fun.

How to turn off email notifications

If you don't want to get the updates from the other competitors go to "Edit Profile" at the top of the page and click on the email tab to modify notifications.

Or you can cancel the email subscription for just that thread (as i have done, wow, that was a lot of emails).

In the left, just above the first post it should say 'email subecription enabled' click once and you no longer get emails from that thread.

Single-handle mode on the suspended lunge?

How come the video shows single-handle mode, but the exercise description says double handle mode?  Can you explain how to put the TRX in single-handle mode in order to mimic the video?

Check out this video, it explains exactly how to put the TRX into single handle mode.

Single-handle mode on the Suspended Lunge?

You can do the Suspended Lunge in either double or single handle mode. We kept it in double handle mode for ease of use for this particular test.

If you really want use single handle mode here is the instructional video to show you how.

I remember that postpartum feeling. I didn't think my abs would work the same again but they do! Good job getting started.
