Debra Stefan is a fitness speaker/educator, group fitness instructor, personal trainer, and master yoga teacher. She has practiced yoga since age 15, started teaching at 16, and began full-time for the Integral Yoga Institute of Los Angeles at age 18. A classically trained dancer, Debra performed in the Tropicana Hotel's "Folies Bergere" and MGM Hotel production, "Hallelujah Hollywood". She has been recognized as one of the foremost freestyle females in the USA Jump Rope Federation. She has been certified in Personal Fitness Training, Youth Fitness, Senior Fitness, and Golf Fitness. Today she has over 35 years involvement in the fitness industry and continues education to stay current with the ever-evolving industry. In addition to her professional fitness services, Debra runs "Voice Overs by Debra", producing voice over products for commercial use and production of her own yoga CDs.
