    Hey Justin Elevated low rows work perfectly on the door. Just brace your feet against either the door or the door frame, lift your butt off the ground and you will be ready to go. It works the same way as the elevated low row I demonstrated on the "Shanghai Dangerous Workout" I hope that this helps How are the circuits going for you?
