Thats awesome, I'm looking now at the FORCE Program, mixing in the JB/AC Metabolic training two days a week, and pushing them both for the 12 weeks of the FORCE program.

Thats awesome. I've tried "HOT YOGA" and am a big fan, I know that some forms of Yoga can target strength as much as Flexibility. I do enjoy the peacefulness of Yoga as much as the practice itself. Thanks so much.

Im a Police Officer that works Shift Work. Im curious how the body adapts to Workouts at 3am one day and 3pm the next? Are there disadvantages to working out when the body is supposed to be at rest?
