I dont have the time any more to do the military program on mon, tues, thr, fri. because of the amount of physical training my unit is doing now. Im going to do it everyother day.. example..
mon - day 1
tues - off
weds day 2
thurs- off
fri- day 1
sat off
mon day 2
and so on

My question is has anyone tried using the TRX Trainer for Special Forces Assesment and Selection (SFAS) I may be going to the course in a few months. (trying to get out of recruiter duty) Once I complete the Military Guide Book whats there else to do... or should i just do my own program with it. Currently I just started over ...

Yea I started on the Military Workout on week 5. Im an actually fit guy. Not, saying that its easy. I go to failure almost all the time. The toughest workout for me is the leg day. Yea, the soreness as mostly gone away. MOst of the soreness now is in the muscles. But, its a good workout. Some of the exercises are too easy so i may do more reps. But, some are difficult. It sucks that after years of lifting you find that your core is garbage lol. But, I havent started the running program ...

I just started the military program. I started on week 5 and did Day 2 first. The tops of my feet and my shins are a little sore. Is that because its working my body differently.??
